Our corporate philosophy does not mean to regard "I" or "Kanai Juyo Kogyo" as the leading role, but rather mean to act with the belief that everything will be successful if we think "the other person" and "the customer" are the leading roles and act for such people. The reason why it ends with "everything will be successful" is that we hope to maintain a lasting and good relationship with our stakeholders.
It is not just Kanai Juyo Kogyo that makes profits, or just the customers that benefit, but everyone becomes happy. That will make the business continue for a long time.
As we value this corporate philosophy, we have been able to continue making products that satisfy our customers and the local community for 130 years since the company’s establishment.

Kanai Juyo Kogyo recognizes that global environmental conservation is one of the most important issues for human beings in the 21st century, and strives to achieve a balance between the environment and the economy through continuous technology innovation and aims to reduce the burden on the environment. With the new concept that the earth is our stakeholder, Kanai Juyo Kogyo is committed to having each employee independently fulfill the corporate social responsibility as a global citizen.

Activity Policy
While thinking that our business activities have an impact on the environment, we will prioritize the following activities and work to protect the environment and prevent pollution.
(1) Accurately grasp the environmental impact related to our production activities and products.
(2) Establish an environmental management system to enhance environmental performance and strive for continuous improvement.
(3) Regarding resources, materials and hardware that our company will use, strive to consider their environmental impacts before purchasing and managing them.
(4) Reduce the environmental impact and cut costs through improvement activities based on the 5Rs (Recycle, Reuse, Reduce, Refuse and Reconsider).
(5) Comply with all environmental laws and regulations that apply to our business activities, as well as other requirements to which we have agreed.
(6) Strive to perform customer-oriented environmental improvement activities.
(7) In order to improve the above activities, set environmental objectives and targets, create improvement programs, promote activities, and periodically check and review the degree of achievement.

Basic philosophy
As a company working to realize an affluent and sustainable society, we recognize that respecting human rights is an important social responsibility, and we are committed to contributing to the society by fulfilling that responsibility.
Compliance with laws, regulations, and norms
We support and respect international norms on human rights, such as “The International Bill of Human Rights” and The International Labour Organization(ILO)'s “ILO Declaration on Fundamental Principles and Rights at Work,” as well as National Action Plan (NAP) on business and human rights for each country.
Scope of application
This policy applies to all of our officers and employees (hereinafter referred to as "employees, etc."), and we expect that our group companies, business partners, including suppliers, and other related parties, to respect this policy.
